We purchased Casa Carmen in 2020. We think Cala D'Or is the perfect place for safe, fun, family-friendly holidays which suits us and our guests. The house has a tourist licence and all the required safety equipment.
It has been successfully rented out for the past 10 years (previously known as Casa Helena ) so is fully equipped and has many happy guests that return year after year.
We loved this complex from the moment we saw it. It is immaculately looked after. There are only 20 houses and each one has a garden leading on to the pool area, perfect for watching the children in the pool. There are three pools, two larger ones and a small one in the middle. One of the pools has a shallow toddler area. There is private parking on site and you will be given a key fob for the gate. Access to the complex is by security code on the pedestrian gates making it very secure.
The house itself is furnished to a very high standard and includes everything you might need on holiday. Every room is individually air conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a travel cot and high chair for babies. We aim for Casa Carmen to be a home from home and to make your experience as relaxing as possible.
Casa Carmen is a short walk from two stunning beaches, Cala Egos and Calo Des Pou, and the Cala D'Or marina with all its bars and restaurants. The marina is one of the largest on the island, bustling with yachts and lined with restaurants, perfect for an evening out. Just a five minute walk across the park you will find the Eroski supermarket large enough for everything you might need to cook at home, or even a roof top barbecue!
You will be met on arrival at the property by our local representative who speaks English. They will show you around and will be available if there are any problems during your stay. We (Sean and Iasone) are also available by phone or email.
